House-checks will be mandatory in order for us to determine whether the area is suitable for a dog to grow up in, as well as follow-up visits. An fostering contract will also be signed.

Please give breed, size, sex, age, whether they are desexed, registered and have been vaccinated in the last 12 months.

Please mention if it is you, a parent, a sibling, a servant etc.

If not, mention why and if counselling of the family on the matter of fostering is required. The consent of your primary breadwinner should be mentioned.

Having a companion animal is a lifelong commitment that requires money, time, and effort. A young dog/cat may destroy property while it is learning how to behave, an old dog/cat may require more vet visits. Please be sure you are ready for this huge responsibility.
